Poached Halibut with Parmesan Gnocchi
Preparation: Place gnocchi in boiling water. Done when they float. Place fish into skillet with simmering sauce of choice. Cover with lid for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Place back into pot. Add olive oil, salt, parsley, fresh Parmesan. Place fish on top of gnocchi. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and capers on top.
